Acupuncture in Grundy Center

Back pain is one of the top reasons people seek medical treatment, and it is also the No. 1 reported reason for

seeking acupuncture.   Acupuncture originated in China over 5,000 years ago and today is one of the best known

of the alternative therapies.   When done by a trained and experienced acupuncturist, acupuncture has fewer adverse effects than many of the better known standard treatments.

Dr. Eberline started his education in acupuncture in 2012 and through continuing education, has received his advance certification in acupuncture.  Dr. Eberline has integrated acupuncture into his office, not only for back pain, but for many other problems, and has seen substantial growth in the utilization of acupuncture in this region, with excellent results.  While virtually painless, many of Dr. Eberline’s patients have reported marked improvement in their condition after treatment.

Dr. Eberline’s initial analysis will include:

  • Your health history
  • Asking you about any health concerns and your lifestyle in general
  • An examination of your face color, voice, tongue color and coating
  • After the interview, Dr. Eberline will give a diagnosis and begin treatment.  Each treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.

While some insurance companies cover acupuncture treatment, most do not.   Please check with your insurance company as to whether acupuncture is covered under your plan.   Please call our office for our fee schedule.
